Where we ship
Snuggo currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes about 5 to 12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by the carrier, weather, high-volume periods such as the holidays, and other events outside our control.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates, or free shipping when offered, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived after 20 business days from the shipping date, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will investigate and make it right.
